Client not financially eligible for Residential Care Subsidy
If a client is not financially eligible for Residential Care Subsidy, they must make their own arrangements to pay for their care from their own means.
The client will keep getting their New Zealand Superannuation, or any other benefit or pension, and it is up to the client how they pay for their care. It is up to the client to make payment arrangements to meet the cost of their care.
Residential Care Loan
Clients not eligible for Residential Care Subsidy may apply for a Residential Care Loan.
