Residential service providers
The residential service provider must be contracted to the Ministry of Health to provide residential support services in order to receive a Residential Support Subsidy from the Ministry of Health.
Details of contracted service providers are recorded in SWIFTT to enable redirection of the client's benefit contribution.
If the Ministry of Health have contracted a new service provider, the information must be forwarded to the Data Integrity Unit at National Office who will add the new provider to SWIFTT. Senior Services - residential care must be informed of the new service provider details.
