When assessing eligibility for Social Rehabilitation Assistance the gross rate of New Zealand Superannuation or Veterans Pension that the client, or the client's spouse or partner, is receiving is included as income.
The New Zealand Superannuation or Veterans Pension plus their other income must be below the appropriate income limit.
