Payment to partner in community

If the client is granted Social Rehabilitation Assistance and has a partner, the partner's rate of payment is increased to the appropriate single rate or the sole parent rate if there are dependent children.

Increase the partner's rate of benefit from the date the client's Social Rehabilitation Assistance is granted.

If the partner of the client enters residential care then the primary client is increased to the appropriate single rate or the sole parent rate if there are dependent children.
