Child income
Personal earnings
A dependent child's personal earnings are not charged as income against the Emergency Benefit.
However, a child in full-time employment and is financially independent cannot be included as a dependent child in the benefit.
Other income
A child may receive other income that is not personal earnings. For more information about how to treat other forms of child's income see:
