Client does not return

If a client's benefit is suspended because they are absent from New Zealand and they do not return their benefit record will automatically cancel in SWIFTT, eight weeks after the date of suspension.

Note if the client had been approved continued payment of benefit for the first 28 days of the absence, this is not established as a debt.
