Effect on supplementary assistance - voluntary unemployment
Clients who have a 13 week non-entitlement period because they became voluntarily unemployed cannot receive the following during their non-entitlement period:
- Emergency Benefit
- Accommodation Supplement
- Temporary Additional Support
- Special Benefit
Note a client who was receiving an Accommodation Supplement as a non-beneficiary prior to applying and being subject to a non-entitlement period upon application can continue to receive an Accommodation Supplement during their non-entitlement period.
