Failure to attend interviews or make contact about social obligations

A client and their partner (if any), when required, must:

• attend and participate in interviews with Work and Income to discuss compliance with their social obligations and
• report on compliance with specific social obligations

If during any of the three steps of engagement and support, the client does not attend or participate in interviews with Work and Income to discuss compliance with their social obligations or report on compliance with specific social obligations, you should move to the next steps of engagement and support.
