Report Job Search
Report Job Search is a non-financial sanction that can be imposed on a partner instead of a Grade 1 financial sanction. It is intended to help partners actively participate in finding suitable employment.
In a 4-week period, a partner must:
- do at least 3 job search activities a week and
- report to MSD on the job-search activities they have done each week and
- provide MSD with evidence of their job-search activities at the end of the 4-week period
MSD must be satisfied the evidence provided is sufficient.
Once a partner completes 4 weeks of Report Job Search, they are considered to have recomplied with their obligations and don't need to complete any other recompliance activities.
