Period of Report Job Search
Partners who have Report Job Search imposed on them must complete at least 3 suitable job-search activities per week over the 4-week period. They must also report to MSD each week on the job-search activities they have completed in that week.
4-week period
The 4-week period of Report Job Search begins the day after the 5-working-day notice period ends. This means Report Job Search may begin on any day of the week.
3 job-search activities per week
A partner must complete and report on at least 3 suitable job-search activities per week over the 4-week period. A partner can choose to do and report on more job-search activities if they wish, however any extra job-search activities a partner completes can only be counted in the week they completed them. Any extra job-search activities they completed in the previous weeks cannot be counted towards their 3 job-search activities for the current week.
Note MSD must consider a partner's job-search activities are reasonable steps towards them finding suitable employment.
