Child changes and social obligations

There are some changes of circumstance that may mean the client is no longer required to comply with their social obligations including where:

• a dependent child changes age and the social obligation that applied for the dependent child in their care is no longer relevant or
• child leaves care (for example starts to live with another parent or caregiver or goes into the care of Oranga Tamariki)
