Change in circumstances

Clients must tell us straight away of any changes in their circumstances or their family's situation that may affect entitlement to an Emergency Maintenance Allowance. Clients agree to this by signing the Emergency Maintenance Allowance application form.

A change in circumstance may also affect the client's social obligations.
