Employment

Clients must advise of any change in circumstances that affects their entitlement to Jobseeker Support, such as commencing employment.

When a client, or partner (if any), advises they have commenced employment, MSD must check that they are still entitled to Jobseeker Support and are getting the correct rate of payment.

To review the client's Jobseeker Support, MSD needs to know:

• the date their employment commenced
• the type of employment - meaning casual, part-time or full-time
• the name and address of the employer
• the hours they will be working.

MSD will determine the appropriate review action based on this information.
