Child changes and social obligations
Sometimes a client will have a change in circumstances that may mean the client is no longer required to comply with their social obligations. This includes where:
- a dependent child changes age and the social obligation that applied for the dependent child in their care is no longer relevant or
- child leaves care (for example starts to live with another parent or caregiver or goes into the care of Oranga Tamariki)
