Client is meeting their social obligations

If, during any of the Contact Steps of engagement and support, you consider that the client is meeting their social obligations you will need to let the client know that:

• as they are meeting their social obligations, you do not require any more information or contact from them and
• if they require any support regarding their social obligations they can contact Work and Income at any time

The appropriate outcome for the specific social obligations that apply to each of the client's dependent children needs to be recorded in OBMAN.
