Eligibility part of the 26 week reapplication

All clients must confirm their circumstances so that MSD can ensure they still qualify for Jobseeker Support and are getting the correct rate of payment for their circumstances.

To continue to qualify for Jobseeker Support, the client must meet the qualifications, including being available for, seeking, willing and able to undertake full-time employment, unless they have a health condition, injury or disability that impacts their capacity to work full-time.

To complete the eligibility part of the 26 week reapplication the client and their partner (if any included in their Jobseeker Support) must either:

• complete a specific eligibility engagement in the 13 weeks before their expiry date, or
• confirm their circumstances in the reapplication form.
