Failure to attend interviews or make contact about social obligations

A client, when required, must:

• attend and participate in interviews with the Ministry to discuss compliance with their social obligations and
• report on compliance with specific social obligations

If during the three steps of engagement and support, the client does not attend and participate in interviews with the Ministry to discuss compliance with social obligations or report on compliance with specific social obligations you should move to the next steps of engagement and support.
