Recomplying first drug test obligation failure
To recomply to a first drug test obligation failure a client must verbally agree to stop using controlled drugs.
The day the client agrees to stop taking controlled drugs is the date they can be considered to have recomplied. You must advise the client of the consequences if they fail the drug test obligation again.
