Recomplying third drug test obligation failure

To recomply with a third failure of any obligation a client must complete a 6 week approved activity and reapply for their benefit.

A 6 week approved activity must be completed regardless of the obligation failed or whether the client had failed more than one obligation failure.

A client could fail their other obligations (not drug test obligations) for a third time during the 25 working day period. If this happens the third failure would override the count of the 25 working day period and the client would not have to take and pass a drug test.

To recomply with a third failure of any obligation the client must complete a six week approved activity.
