Process for decisions

Once you have received all the information you require from your client and their employer, you need to make an assessment and draft your decision. The case should then be referred to your Regional Disability Advisor or Regional Health Advisor for their comment.

When you have received comment from your Regional Disability Advisor or Regional Health Advisor you should finalise your decision and record the information on CMS.
