Changes and reviews
Clients have an obligation to advise MSD of any changes in their circumstances that may affect their entitlement to Supported Living Payment or the rate payable. A change in a client's circumstances may mean that the client qualifies for another benefit.
MSD may also review a benefit at any time to check if the client still meets the qualifications and is getting the correct rate of payment (if applicable).
Mandatory Review for Supported Living Payment
MSD must review a client's Supported Living Payment within 52-weeks of when the benefit commenced, or within 52-weeks from when the client's last Mandatory Review was completed.
Clients must respond to the Mandatory Review before their review date, or their payments will suspend.
