Drug test recompliance count

The obligation failure that is initiated or the sanction that is imposed depends on how often the partner has failed to comply with their obligations in the previous 24 months while getting a benefit. This is called the 24-month failure count.

The recompliance activity that the partner has to complete depends on whether the partner has failed their drug test obligation before within the last 24 months.

To recomply with a third failure of any obligation the partner must complete a six-week approved activity.
