Treatment of sick leave and annual leave
Client intending to return to the same employer
If a client has received any sick leave payments they would not be eligible for Supported Living Payment until these payments had stopped. You then assess any initial stand-down.
Clients are not required to use any sick leave they may have if they are intending to return to the same employer.
Annual leave entitlement
Clients are not required to use up their annual leave entitlement if they are intending to return to the same employer.
