(1) | In this direction,- |
Act means the Social Security Act 2018 | |
MSD has the same meaning as in Schedule 2 of the Act | |
premises, in relation to a person, means the place the person occupies as a home | |
(2) | Terms otherwise defined in section 366 and Schedule 2 of the Act have the same meanings in this direction. |
