Goods and services that may be subject of preferred supplier contracts under section 366 (Whiteware and related services)

For the purposes of section 366 of the Act, I determine that MSD may enter into contracts on behalf of the Crown for the supply of the following goods and services for the purposes specified in section 367(2)(b) and (c) of the Act:

Goods

(a)

combined refrigerator-freezers:

(b)

separate freezers:

(c)

separate refrigerators:

(d)

washing machines:

Services

(e)

delivery to the premises of purchasers of any of the goods listed in paragraphs (a) to (d):

(f)

installation of any of the goods listed in paragraphs (a) to (d):

(g)

removal from the premises of purchasers of any goods that any goods listed in paragraphs (a) to (d) replace:

(h)

repairs or replacements of any of the goods listed in paragraphs (a) to (d) pursuant to a warranty.

(i)

bailment of equivalent goods, while any of the goods listed in paragraphs (a) to (d) are being repaired or are being assessed as requiring repair:

(j)

disposal of any packaging associated with the supply of any of the goods listed in paragraphs (a) to (d).
