Clause 6. Application for Allowance

6 | Application for Allowance |
6.1 | An application for an Allowance is to be made in a form set by MSD. |
6.2 | In addition to any other information required to establish qualification for an Allowance, the Applicant must provide evidence to the satisfaction of MSD that the Applicant is eligible for a family support credit of tax under the Income Tax Act 2007 for the Young Person. |
