Payments of Recoverable Assistance

14.1

Every Payment for goods or services under this programme is to be paid-

(a)

to the person providing the goods or services; or

(b)

at the discretion of the Chief Executive, where there are exceptional circumstances-

(i)

to the Applicant (being the person in respect of whom the Payment is granted); or

(ii)

if the Applicant is a Child, to the Child's Parent.

14.2

Every other Payment is to be paid-

(a)

to the Applicant (being the person in respect of whom the Payment is granted); or

(b)

if the Applicant is a Child, to the Child's Parent.
