Affordability of suitable alternative housing
The assessment of affordability measures the client's ability to afford (with any financial assistance to which they may be entitled) suitable alternative housing.
Affordability looks at the client's residual income as a percentage of equivalent benefit to determine if the client can afford alternative housing.
