Material change in circumstance

A material change in circumstance is something important that has changed in the client's need for social housing since the time they declined the social housing property. This may include (but is not limited to):

• child changes - addition or removal of children from the family unit
• health and disability changes - changes to the health or disability of the person or people included in the offer
• change in income - such as ending employment or no longer getting a child support
