Risk rating for clients 'not living in any accommodation' (including emergency housing or transitional housing)

There are only 2 outcomes from the assessment of whether the client is 'not living in any accommodation' or is staying in emergency housing or transitional housing for the time being. These are:

  • at risk (4), or
  • low or no need (1)

Note clients getting an Emergency Housing Grant or who are being housed by a contracted emergency housing or transitional housing provider are at risk and are therefore given a rating of 4.
