Sustainability of alternative housing

Sustainability considers a client's ability to access or sustain alternative housing. It considers whether the client's ability to sustain alternative housing is impacted by:

• difficulties in financial management
• difficulties in social functioning and lack of social skills (social interaction) or
• a history of transience
