Assessing the amount of deprived asset

The assessed amount of deprived asset is the actual value of the asset or the part of the asset that the applicable person has deprived themselves of.

The amount of the deprived asset must be included as assessable asset.

For example, if the client has sold a property for less than its value, then the difference between the amount received and the actual value would be the amount of the deprived asset.
