Getting Supported Living Payment for total blindness
If an applicable person is getting Supported Living Payment as they are totally blind, the Supported Living Payment is assessed as income for Income Related Rent purposes.
Any income earned by the applicable person from wages or salary is also included as assessable income.
Partner
The partner's portion of Supported Living Payment is also included as assessable income, even if the client is getting Supported Living Payment as they are totally blind.
