When an organisation or company acts as an agent

A student may ask that an organisation or company be appointed as their agent. This may include but is not limited to, a voluntary organisation or a beneficiary advocacy group.

Any individual member of the organisation can act as the student's agent as long as they continue to work for and on behalf of that organisation.
