Release from prison

A client may be entitled to Jobseeker Support Student Hardship when they are released from prison. The date to recommence payment depends on the length of time the client has been in prison.

Partner

Where the partner of a person in prison has been receiving a benefit, this will need to be reviewed from the date of release.
