Recompliance for social obligation failures
Clients who have failed their social obligations need to meet all their social obligations as part of an activity to increase their benefit.
Once a client or partner indicates they want to recomply MSD must have a discussion with them about what they need to do to recomply.
Note when a client has a partner, social obligations apply to both the client and the partner.
