Moving to a Pacific country
If a client has moved to a Pacific country that is covered by the special portability arrangement, their payments will normally continue under the General Portability provisions. A client receiving General Portability payments will not be able to transfer to the special portability arrangement.
There are special rules for Cook Islands, Niue and Tokelau residents.
