Clients going overseas
When a client receiving a Danish pension leaves New Zealand for a temporary absence the Danish benefit or pension may still be paid.
If a client is going to reside in a country other than Denmark they may qualify for payment overseas depending on the country they are going to and benefit type they are receiving.
If a client is going to Denmark and intends to stay there for more than 26 weeks they may be able to receive payment of their New Zealand benefit or pension in Denmark.

Client moving to Denmark
If a client is considering moving to Denmark you should advise them to write to the Danish authorities to check their entitlement to a Danish benefit or pension. The client will need to send full details of their circumstances.
