Effect of income on Extra help
When income is added or changed you will also need to review any Extra help the client may be receiving.
Some Extra help is not income tested such as Child Disability Allowance, Guaranteed Childcare Assistance Payment and Winter Energy Payment. It is the client's obligation to advise Work and Income of any changes in their circumstances.
Income is charged against Temporary Additional Support and Childcare Subsidy.
