Outcome of investigation

The outcome of your investigation should determine which of the following situations applies:

• application was not completed due to an error or omission on the part of the Ministry of Social Development

• application was started by the client but was not completed and the application expired

• application was completed and assistance granted, but the client was entitled to additional assistance

• application was completed and was declined at that time
