Warrant to Arrest : Contents
Advising client once benefit has been suspended
Once the benefit has been suspended, because the warrant to arrest states that the client is a risk to public safety, Central Services will send a letter to the client advising them:
- that their benefit has been suspended
- that it has been suspended because of the warrant for their arrest
- the specific actions that they need to take if they dispute they are the person to whom the warrant applies
- the specific actions they need to take to resolve the warrant
A special caution will be displayed in CMS when the client's record is opened. It will also show in the SSTAI screen as Warrant to Arrest.
