Advance Payment of Benefit : Contents
Youth support payments and hardship obligations
A young person receiving Youth Payment or Young Parent Payment will not have hardship obligations when they are applying for a Special Needs Grant or an Advance Payment of Benefit.
These young people already have budgeting obligations and youth money management as part of their youth activity obligations.
