Clothing Allowance for Orphans and Unsupported Children : Contents
Change of address
When a caregiver advises that they have changed their address it is important to check that the move does not affect their entitlement to Orphans Benefit or Unsupported Childs Benefit, and Clothing Allowance for Orphans and Unsupported children.
If the caregiver is receiving extra help or any other benefit this may also need to be reviewed to take into account their new circumstances.
The change of address may also indicate a change in the caregiver's circumstances.
Examples of changes that may affect entitlement are:
- the child or children may have returned to live with their parents
- children have come into or left the caregiver's care
