Annual review of income

A client can choose whether they wish to complete an 'Income Only' review form on an annual basis.

All clients with a private contribution towards the cost of their care are sent an 'Income Only' review form when Residential Care Subsidy is granted. The information sheet advises the client that they can request a review of their contribution at any time and that they can contact Senior Services - residential care to obtain an 'Income Only' review form.
