Client transfers to a new service provider
If a client transfers from one service provider to another, cancel the redirection of Residential Support Subsidy from the date the client leaves the previous service provider. The transfer is treated as a new 'application', please refer to the Application process
If the Residential Support Subsidy application form is received within the current pay period, redirect the clients benefit contribution from:
- the date of entry / admission / authorisation or
- from the first available payday if the current processing deadline has passed
Client responsibility
The client is responsible for payment of benefit contribution from the date of entry or admission up until such time as the redirection is made to the new service provider.
