Agents and re-direction of benefit

The client may wish to appoint any individual or organisation as their agent whilst they are resident in an approved social rehabilitation programme. They will indicate this on the 'Appointment of an Agent' section of the Social Rehabilitation Assistance application form.

If the client wishes to have all of their main benefit or any portion of it re-directed to the service provider they need to indicate this on the 'Your Benefit Payment' section of the Social Rehabilitation Assistance application form.

The client does not need to complete a separate Agent or Re-direction form.
