Recompliance for drug test obligation failures - partners

Partners who have failed their drug test obligations will need to complete a recompliance activity to increase, resume or continue their benefit.

Once a partner indicates they want to recomply MSD should have a discussion with them about what they need to do to recomply. The grade of the drug test obligation failure will determine the recompliance activity required.
