Recomplying third drug test obligation failure - partners
To recomply with a third failure of any obligation a partner must complete a 6 week approved activity. A 6 week approved activity must be completed regardless of the obligation failed or whether the partner had failed more than one obligation failure.
Partner fails a third time for another reason during the 25 working day period
A partner could fail their other obligations (not drug test obligations) for a third time during the 25 working day period. If this happens the third failure would override the count of the 25 working day period and the partner would not have to take and pass a drug test.
To recomply with a third failure of any obligation the partner must complete a six week approved activity.
