Recomplying first drug test obligation failure - partners
To recomply to a first drug test obligation failure a partner must verbally agree to stop using controlled drugs.
The day the partner agrees to stop taking controlled drugs is the date they can be considered to have recomplied. You must advise the partner of the consequences if they fail the drug test obligation again.
