Activity Summary

After you have discussed with the client their work obligations and activities they are required to complete, you may want to provide the client an Activity Summary as confirmation of these.

Clients do not sign the Activity Summary and it is not mandatory to provide the Activity Summary to them.

You may think it is appropriate to provide the printout, or a client may request this.
